Your First Visit
On your first visit, we'll get acquainted and learn the condition of your oral health. The most valuable service we can provide for you at this time is to thoroughly review you dental history.
While no one likes filling out forms, our Health Questionnaire is extremely important. It helps us to help you the best way we can. So that's our first step.
Then we'll perform a preliminary examination to help assess your needs and explain our recommendations for restoring your mouth to optimal health. This is one of the best times for you to ask questions. and tell us if you have any hesitancies.
Payment Policy
After your complete exam a "game plan" will be developed to best treat your needs. You are a very important player in this decision. You will receive a written estimate and our administrative team will then be happy to help you choose from several payment options.
We understand in today’s economy that some treatment plans require some extended payment options. We have both sort term and long term plans available to discuss with you. We have both interest free options and longer reduced interest plans available to best suit your individual needs. Please call our office (636) 441-9400 and we can discuss those various payment opportunities with you. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Care credit has interest free options and low payments and with good credit we can get approval by phone.
Community Involvement
Dr. Kraner and Dr. Yusman are invloved with the Smiles For Life to Make Children Smile
People everywhere have the desire to give. They do so to help friends, neighbors and even strangers. They donate to causes everyday and never expect to get anything in return.
It’s not often that these people get the chance to help others while helping themselves. But from February 1st through May 31st, local dentists Dr. Greg Kraner and Dr. Barry Yusman are presenting everyone with a unique opportunity to have their teeth whitened while donating the entire cost of the procedure to children’s charities.
As a member of an organization of leading edge dentists called the Crown Council, the doctors are participating in the 2002 Smiles For Life Campaign to raise money for children with serious health conditions and learning disabilities.
The Crown Council is an alliance of dentists from throughout the United States and Canada that pride themselves on providing superior dental care and active community involvement. Since 1998, the Crown Council’s Smile For Life Foundation has donated nearly $20 million dollars to over 100 children’s charities across North America.
Through a unique partnership with legendary entertainer Garth Brooks and his Teammates For Kids Foundation, Smiles For Life is able to guarantee that all of the money raised by Crown Council members like Dr. Kraner and Yusman go to the children’s charities in this community and communities across North America. Together they are making a difference and giving children the gift of smile.
“Dentists and their office teams do everything for free, the people at Discus Dental donate all of the supplies, and the kids get 100% of the money, “ explains Greg Anderson, Director of the Crown Council. “Best of all, children get a reason to smile. Everyone involved benefits.”
Dr. Kraner emphasizes how simple the process is: “The teeth whitening procedure is painless and only requires a few minutes in the office to complete. Those minutes that you spend in the chair can help touch a child’s life forever.”
